Can i swap or return products?
No sorry. Our mystery subscription boxes cannot be exchanged or swapped and we cannot accept exchanges if you don't like an item. However we will provide a replacement or a refund if an item is faulty, damaged. For more information, please check our Returns and Refund policy.

How do I cancel or skip my subscription?
